A popular dog food has scanned for just 10p at B&M, sending pet owners into a frenzy.
The bargain deal was posted on social media and attracted a lot of buzz as shoppers looked to feed man’s best friend on the cheap.
One excited shopper alerted the “extreme couponing and bargains UK” Facebook group to tell fellow bargain hunters about her Naturo Natural Pet Food find.
Posting a photo of multiple packs of 12 cans, he wrote: “Deal or what…10p yes 10p each!”
He said he caught the B&M deal in Cannock.
He was unapologetic about cleaning the shelves, adding that he had three large Rottweilers to please.
The post exploded on Facebook with many outraged at the deal.
One commented: “What a bargain! That food is also expensive. And having a Rottie I know how much they love their scran.”
Another said: “Brilliant deal, I have 6 rescue dogs with Naturo and it’s not cheap. I would have cleared the shelves.”
A third shared the sentiment, writing: “Good find! I wish I had taken them all.”
While the other just added “wowsers”.
It appears the shopper may have picked up a unique bargain, with Jenni Bowden commenting that the dog food costs £6.49 at her local B&M.
And as another shopper found out the hard way, it’s worth checking the best before dates on heavily marked items.
Sophia Dawson wrote: “Have you checked the dates? I found some cat food in bnm a while ago for 10p and when I got home it was out of date.”
But the poster cheerfully informs him that his expiration dates are still 2026.
Online, the six-pack costs £6.49 – so it’s a case of striking gold in store.
The six-pack contains two chickens, two turkeys and two cans of duck.
