CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Corpus Christi Animal Care Services (CCACS) invites the public to their “Clear the Shelter” event this Saturday, March 16. This event aims to help shelter animals find their forever homes .
Themed “Luck of the Paw,” attendees are encouraged to wear green attire to get into the festive spirit. Besides the opportunity to meet and adopt adorable pets, the event offers a variety of family-friendly activities. Attendees can enjoy refreshments and snacks from food trucks.
CCACS waives adoption fees on all of their adoptable animals. All shelter animals are groomed, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and ready to go home that day. Additionally, our staff will provide community resources to new pet adopters.
The Clear the Shelter event will take place at CCACS, located at 2626 Holly Road, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm This event offers an opportunity to positively impact the lives of these deserving animals while enjoying a day with your family.
