PARSIPPANY, NJ — Pet owners have a new option to get grooming services for their dogs and cats, or bathe the animals themselves, as Wash-N-Wag has opened in Parsippany.
This full-service pet salon is in the Lake Hiawatha section of town, located behind Gene’s Deli at 87 North Beverwyck Road (near the intersection with Chesapeake Avenue).

The Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce and Mayor James Barberio welcomed owners Eric and Evee Zimmerman at a ribbon-cutting on April 20.
The business offers professional bathing services along with self-wash, including de-shedding, nail trims, teeth brushing, and fur brush-outs. They also sell supplies for a variety of pets — including reptiles, hermit crabs, and birds as well as cats and dogs.
Wash-N-Wag is closed on Mondays. They are open from 10 am to 7 pm from Tuesday to Saturday, and from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. Self-washers must check in one hour before closing, but no appointment is needed for that service.
Both dogs and cats are welcome in the self-wash, which is priced by size.
