Italian pet supplies brand My family has opened its first store in Düsseldorf Airport.
MyFamily makes hand-crafted individual fashion for pets and the store includes identification tags that can be engraved in store for personlisation, as well as collars, leashes and harnesses.
The new store is open daily in the airport terminal from 7:30am to 9pm in front of boarding pass control to Pier B.
Premium animal ID tags, with around 700 designs to choose from are featured, and shoppers are given the option to use an automatic engraving machine for on-site personalization at the time of purchase. The tags are inserted into the engraving machine including the transparent packaging sleeve, then on the display, the consumer can enter a few lines of text for engraving: Name, phone number or whatever they want on the tag. The user-friendly service takes about two minutes to complete.
MyFamily-memopet is also offered, a system where a collar, leash or a harness provides a digital daily diary with the habits of a pet through a dedicated app through NFC.
