Finally, one day, Ray receives the good news that he will be with Dolly. The moment they meet again, Dolly clearly remembers Ray, and the bond they formed is unbroken. Ray now takes Dolly everywhere he goes, even back to the Dollar General where they first met. The staff and customers at the store know and love Dolly, who has become a local celebrity.
