Feeders Pet Supply recently announced the successful completion of its acquisitions of Soldan’s Pet Supplies and Ashland Pet Store. This merger brings Feeders Pet Supply to 52 locations and the overall company to a total of 68 locations with their Chow Hound Pet Supplies brand.
Soldan’s Pet Supplies is a well-established and respected name in the pet retail industry in Michigan, with eight current store locations and one under construction. Feeders Pet Supply owns and operates twelve stores in West Michigan under the Chow Hound Pet Supplies banner.
The Ashland Pet Store is an independently operated location in Ashland, Ohio, and will be the eighth location in Ohio for the company.

This acquisition marks the fourth and fifth significant acquisitions for Feeders Pet Supply as they acquired Chow Hound Pet Supplies, IncrediPet Pet Stores, and Phydeaux in the past eight years. Feeders Pet Supply was named Pet Product News Retailer of the Year for Growth and Expansion. Founded in 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky, Feeders Pet Supply is one of North America’s top 25 pet retailers.
