Shoppers were left delighted after finding pet toys selling for just 20p each at Asda.
A local customer cleared the shelves and picked up 34 toys for her pet.
On social media, one savvy whiz said: “Christmas Dog toys reduced to 20p at Asda get 34 toys for £6.80.
“I will give one of each toy to my dads and my dog friends and the other 26 will be donated to Birmingham Dogs House.”
The post has already garnered over 700 likes from fellow money-savers.
Dozens of users took to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One said: “Awesome,” another added: “Well done, well done.”
Another shopper, who also caught the items, said: “I just did the exact same, my sister took them to her Asda and took them to the dogs in Birmingham as it’s our nearest.”
It comes as shoppers rush to snap up a “beautiful” 12-piece dining set that scans for £6.
The sets are part of the Stacey Solomon range and are exclusive to the retailer’s George Home brand.
But this isn’t the only deal the supermarket giant has up its sleeve.
Asda has made major changes to stores to help shoppers with cost of living – and they are glad.
The supermarket is offering all its customers a free bowl of porridge and a hot drink every day from now until March 20.
It is available from 8am to 12pm at all 205 Asda cafes.
You have no eligibility criteria and all you have to do is ask for a deal at the counter.
