A Gautier pet groomer is fighting animal abuse charges. Organizers say the facility did nothing wrong. News 25 reached out to the business for comment, but they did not respond. However, the owner of Sandi’s Pet Grooming Too, Nikki Anderson, posted on Facebook on February 3streetsaying Gautier police released him from custody, no charges related to the alleged animal cruelty have been filed against him, and no charges are pending. GAUTIER, MS – On Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at approximately 2:29 pm, the Gautier Police Department responded to a Crime Stoppers tip of alleged animal abuse, neglect, and illegal boarding at ” Sandi’s Pet Grooming Too” in Gautier MS. On Thursday, February 1, 2024, the Gautier Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division and Animal Control Officer, Gautier Code Enforcement, and a representative of the Jackson County Animal Shelter responded to the business to further investigate the allegations.
