JUNCTION CITY, Wis. (WSAW) – Central Wis has had a strange winter this season but that doesn’t stop events from happening. Saturday was the 16th year of the ‘Fishin for a Mission’ event.Usually, the fishermen are on the ice but the warm winter made this year’s event unusual.
