Reading Time: 4 minutes Somerdale NJ’s Flying Fish Brewery and Tasting Room has officially closed after a recent bankruptcy auction, which included the brewery’s contents and brand intellectual property. But the Flying Fish name is likely to live on as Guildford Hall Brewery from Baltimore MD purchased the brewery’s intellectual property, which includes the beers’ brand names, trademarks, packaging, website and some contracts.
