WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) – Indiana State Police troopers have made a third arrest in connection with their investigation at Warrick County Animal Control (WCAC).Police identified the woman as 35-year-old Jamie Hubiak of Newburgh.Police have arrested two others, WCAC employees Danielle Barnes and Susan Broshears, in their investigation.Barnes and Broshears both face multiple felony charges for adoption fees stolen from WCAC.According to an affidavit, Hubiak is the owner of Specialty pet Grooming, Daycare and Boarding in Evansville.Witnesses told police that Hubiak helped former animal control supervisor Danielle Barnes steal an estimated $102,900 in veterinary services from Warrick County.Barnes was arrested…
