Downtown Highland Park went to the dogs — and cats and other pets. Pets4Life, an all-in-one pet facility, celebrated its arrival at a prime downtown location, 661 Central Ave., with a grand opening on Wednesday, Jan. 9. Friends, neighbors and city officials stopped by the new business Wednesday to enjoy the festivities, including treats for people and dogs and a ribbon cutting.
