DaySmart Softwarean Ann Arbor, MI-based provider of business management software focused on the vertical, has acquired Time To Pet, an Austin, TX-based provider of pet care software. The value of the deal was not disclosed. The acquisition brings pet sitting and dog walking capabilities to existing DaySmart Pet customers and augments the company’s pet grooming and daycare offerings.
