Kentucky residents will begin seeing benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, SNAP, in six days. Food stamps will be issued to eligible Kentucky residents between Feb. 1 and Feb. 19. Payments are sent to recipients on odd days based on the last digits of their case numbers.
