Plans have been unveiled for a dog grooming salon at a farm which has been transformed by new tenants.Hannah Hetherington applied for preliminary approval to change the use of the barn at Mendhams farm off Hall Road in Outwell, near Wisbech.He said in his planning statement: “We are looking to build a wooden structure inside the building to create a dog grooming salon.”The salon will diversify the farm and bring in additional income.
