A teenager whose Instagram username is @fish_bandit84 was arrested in Provo, Utah, for taping fish to ATMs and other objects. The 17-year-old did these strange pranks more than a dozen times from last August to December, ABC4 and FOX13 in Salt Lake City reported, but it wasn’t always in the Provo and Orem areas.
