Jax is a dog, enduring abuse and neglect from an owner who left him hungry and beaten. Just as she lost hope, a new chapter in her life began with a kind person. This person alerted the SMART Saving Missing Animals Response Team, a nonprofit in Palm Coast, Florida, dedicated to helping abused and abandoned animals.
