Speaking about her first year in business, Liz, 51, said: “The last year has gone by so fast and the difference in myself has been amazing.
“I feel better as I’m enjoying what I’m doing and we’re getting a good response and a lot of people coming back, which shows we’re doing the right thing.”

Liz, a former school site manager and Wigan Council employee, added: “It’s great that most of our clients come back and many of them say their dog was not treated as well before.
“There seems to be a really good community where we know our clients on a first name basis and they are happy for us to come and get their dogs.
“We are very grateful for their continued support because we wouldn’t be here without them.”
