Ann Arbor-based DaySmart Software, a vertically-focused business management software provider, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Time To Pet, a provider of pet care software.
The acquisition brings pet sitting and dog walking capabilities to existing DaySmart Pet customers and augments the company’s pet grooming and daycare offerings. Financial details were not released.
Time To Pet systems provide core features such as client and staff management, integrated scheduling and invoicing, and online payments, with advanced features including GPS tracking, automatic billing , visiting report cards, and pet parent communications.
