Who doesn’t love a good dog show? Who knows, maybe it will be a fashion show of sorts, maybe similar to the Westminster Dog Show.
It’s back for another year in Manchester, so whether you have a purebred or a mutt, all are welcome at the Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter 2024 Mutt Strutt.
Lots of dogs will be walking in Livingston Park on May 19, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM, but there’s more to this paw-some event. There will be pet-related vendors and activities that are sure to make your whole family laugh and have fun.
All members are invited, but especially furry family members. The “strutt” is actually a one-mile walk across Dorrs Pond, but tickets are required. The ticket includes an event T-shirt that you can wear or put on your dog. Ok, the organizers didn’t include that last part, but you actually get a T-shirt with your ticket. After all, this is a fundraiser for the shelter.
Check out these potential events, including a kids’ agility course, K-9 agility course, kids’ crafts, and a doggie pool area. It’s only until May, so ideas may change, but one thing is for sure, the cuteness and energy will be there for the whole event.
