Prior to joining Huxley & Kent, Bateman was instrumental in the foundation and subsequent scaling of Green Coast Pet, a journey that began more than seven years ago. His leadership was instrumental in expanding the company to more than 3,000 national retail outlets, strengthening partnerships with industry leaders and implementing distribution mechanisms recognized for their effectiveness.
