Several community members gathered Friday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Waggy Tails Pet Salon, hosted by the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce.
Amanda Knox, the owner of the pet salon, shared with WPKY’s News Edge that she is from Madisonville and has years of experience in pet grooming.
