The soft launch for Meghan Markle’s American Riviera Orchard brand continued this past weekend. Prince Harry’s close friend, Nacho Figueras, announced on his Instagram story that he received two new ARO products: Raspberry jam and dog biscuits.
American Riviera Orchard’s new products come on the heels of the Duchess of Sussex sending strawberry jam. The raspberry jam, notably, is a limited edition of two, while the strawberry is labeled as being out of a run of 50.
Not much is known about the American Riviera Orchard; The trademark application, filed in March of this year, shows that the brand could potentially sell home goods, cookbooks, tableware, edible treats, soaps, perfumes, yoga mats, stationery, pet accessories, wallpaper, and more. yet. The Instagram account for ARO, which launched in March, has no details.
It’s possible the lifestyle brand will tie into one of Harry and Meghan’s newly announced projects for Netflix: Meghan’s cooking and entertainment show. The as-yet-untitled show, which has no premiere date yet, will see Meghan “celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining and friendship.”
There hasn’t been much news from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex since their three-day trip to Nigeria last month. The Sussexes did not attend this past weekend’s Trooping the Color, where Kate Middleton made her first appearance of the year since announcing her cancer diagnosis. Prince Harry and Meghan have not been to Trooping since 2022, when they watched a birthday parade from the Major General’s Office with other non-working members of the British royal family.
