I was so excited to be at the Ventura cat show this past weekend!
I didn’t get to wear as many clothes as I brought (in fact, the show ended earlier than I expected). But I made sure to wear this one.
And it rained a bit in the afternoon. Even though I stayed inside where it was dry (except when we had to leave and I was in my carrier), I put on my raincoat for a while.
Some nice lady was giving away these wool cat toy knots for free, so my man grabbed one. He didn’t think I would be impressed, but I did!
And speaking of the rain, I was surprised that so many people came out to see me! There was a group of little girls, who were all friends and came with a mom or two, and they were there all morning! So they came back to hug me. And I’m happy to see them every time they come back.
And one social media follower showed up with a drawing of me, some stickers, and a very heartfelt note that my man and I really appreciated. People like this really make my job meaningful. The whole show was good, but it made it even more special.
