Children gather on a golf course, not to swing clubs, but to use fishing poles.
It’s the 2024 Kids Fishing Tournament, hosted on Saturday, April 13, by the Golden Era Golf Course near San Jacinto.

Youth from 6 to 15 years old and their parents enjoyed free breakfast and lunch and a fun hour fishing in the three lakes on the course. The event also featured raffle prizes and free T-shirts for the kids.
Medals and prizes are awarded — as well as a bonus four tickets to Disneyland for the person who catches the biggest fish.
