From April 1–30, 2024, Price Chopper/Market 32 will be collecting pet food and other pet supplies in high demand in support of local animal protection organizations. Visitors are encouraged to place items they wish to donate into shopping carts labeled “Pet Food & Supply Drive” conveniently located in front of each store.
“Every animal deserves shelter, care, and love while waiting to find their forever home or be nursed back to health,” said Pam Cerrone, director of community relations at Price Chopper/Market 32. ” Local animal welfare organizations provide services for animals and those who care for them, and as a committed community partner, we are proud to support their incredible work with the generosity of our customer. Every donation stays right in the places where they were made.”
Stores in New York’s Capital Region will collect items for the Capital District Humane Association. All other Price Chopper/Market 32 locations will collect donations on behalf of a local agency in each store, which will be identified on designated “Pet Food & Supply Drive” shopping carts.
