When a dog goes missing, it leaves a hole in their family’s heart. They were left wondering where they were and if they were okay. A dozen situations run through their heads, and it can eat at their core. However, one man hopes to find his soulmate one day after accidentally losing his precious puppy named Jorge. She roamed the streets, put up ‘lost dog’ posters, and called every shelter she could think of. The loving father refused to give up for three whole years.
Just as the gentleman thought that Jorge would never return to him, he received a shocking phone call. A stray dog matching the description of her puppy was spotted downtown. He tried to keep his composure as he got into his car and drove off. The man parked his car and walked towards where the wild one was resting.
The puppy, exhausted from living on his own, with an ear tag indicating he’s been neutered, is curled up in a ball sleeping on a planter bed. The man ran towards him after noticing that he was the same color and size as Jorge. It’s instant! Jorge’s father knew it was him. He called his name from a distance, but the dog just looked up.
