AHWAHNEE—Find out how you can make a difference in an animal’s life. Attend the volunteer information and recruitment meeting at Eastern Madera County SPCA Animal Care and Adoption Center (EMCSPCA) on Saturday, March 16, 2024, starting at 10 am.
Our volunteers are committed to working tirelessly to make shelter pets’ stay as healthy and stress-free as possible! They are committed to providing a relaxing and peaceful environment for their guests.
Volunteers play a vital role in the EMCSPCA’s ability to achieve its goals of saving and improving the lives of animals. There are many types of opportunities, some sheltered and some remote. We have many needs, from dog walkers, cat socializers and shelter assistants, to reception, marketing and IT skills. Please see the EMCSPCA volunteer page for a list of duties performed by volunteers. There has to be something that fits your abilities and interests.
