Today we’re reviewing the Clydesdale Stealth Jig Pike Fly, tied by none other than Paul Clydesdale! The Clydesdale Stealth Jig Pike Fly is designed for slightly deeper water providing extra jigging action that large Pike and other predators struggle to resist.
Cast this fly and let it sink to the bottom and then gently lift it out of the water. Pause, let it fall again and then hold on because this fall you will feel a sudden blow!
This is a good pattern for when the fish are playing hard to catch or on sunny days where the heat from the surface, drives Pike into deeper and cooler parts of the water. This is a fantastic fly to use so get a few of them tied and ready for the next fluff chucking session!
