Living within every mother’s heart is a boundless dedication to caring for her offspring and ensuring their well-being with a happy upbringing. This natural maternal instinct is just as strong in canine mothers, especially in those struggling to survive and protect their young. This is especially true for a precious Pit Bull who has captured our hearts. A resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee, noticed a female Pit Bull around her neighborhood.
He lives in a notorious ‘drug house’ and was abandoned by his owners when they moved. Although the woman provided food for the dog on several occasions, she soon realized that the puppy was looking for something more meaningful.
When the dog was discovered tending to her hungry puppies near her home, the woman’s compassion was shown, prompting her to arrange a safe place for the dog’s family, even though she knew they need more help than he can give. The woman then captured a video of the mother dog with her puppies and sent it to someone she believed would be more helpful. Audray Luck, the compassionate founder of Luck’s Rescue, received the message and immediately traveled to Chattanooga.
When Luck arrived he witnessed the mother dog showing unwavering trust and love. The sweet dog came over and jumped into Luck’s arms. Observing his unwavering positivity, Luck aptly named him Happy. Happy had once known the warmth of a home, but after being abandoned, he was forced to fix himself. She later gave birth to seven puppies, managing their care alone until she moved the puppy family to a residential area, probably because she understood that she needed human intervention.
“Happy’s only goal is to make sure her puppies are fed and healthy,” Luck shared with Cuddle Buddies. Because of Happy’s condition, Luck promises to brighten the future for Happy and his offspring. She quickly found a foster home for the puppies, while Happy remained under her care for a short time.
Happy showed concern for her puppies that were separated, according to Luck. However, not long after, Happy was also placed in a foster home, where he was enveloped in love and care, helping him rise from life’s difficulties. Happy later delights Happy with a visit, reuniting his pups– a meeting that fills Happy with immense joy. Although Happy and his puppies had to find their paths, Happy’s ability to love remained undiminished despite his past trials. In fact, Luck posted a video of Happy being, well, happy, on the rescue’s Instagram page, and it’s absolutely adorable.
“Despite everything, he’s still eager to share love,” Luck observed happily. In his foster home, Happy not only cherishes moments with his new family but also develops a special bond with a rabbit friend.
Now, life smiles on Happy again, with only a loving home standing between him and ultimate happiness. Because of his exciting journey, there is no doubt that Happy will soon win the heart of someone who is willing to offer him the eternal love and security he deserves.
