There’s a new mobile pet grooming service coming to southern Maine that will make it easy for your pet to get washed and trimmed without having to load them into your car to take them to the groomer. It’s called Fury Land. It looks like an amusement part, but it’s not. It’s not this fluffy either:
It is this type of furry:
Furry Land Mobile Grooming is one of the largest mobile pet grooming franchise companies in the US with 65 locations in 29 states and it is now adding its first in Maine.
Furry Land Southern Maine has a Mercedes Sprinter van that houses a state-of-the-art pet grooming station that doubles as a mobile pet salon. There is a generator that powers the dryer, table, clippers, air conditioning, heat, vacuum lights, and hot water. They come to you with everything needed to make your pet look great.
This video is for the Los Angeles and Las Vegas locations, but expect the same at Furry Land Southern Maine when it opens.
If you are a pet groomer and looking for work, Furry Land has full-time positions available. Some of the requirements include a love of animals, of course.
Proven experience as a professional pet groomer. A grooming license for any Furry Land Souther Maine services area. A valid driver’s license because you will be driving a sweet grooming van. A passion for working with animals and a demonstrated ability to handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.
No word yet on when Furry Land will open in Maine, but it’s coming soon. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for updates.
