The fish sandwich has never experienced the popularity of the fried chicken sandwich, but for a 40-day stretch each year, it gets the spotlight. The Lenten season is the time of year when fast-food chains bring back filleted fish for a limited run, but there are great, year-round fish sandwiches to be found on local menus throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Here are 10 of them to try during Lent — or anytime.
